Random Crashes and Reboot

My laptop is having random crashes and reboot. I have chkdsk and memtest, but still no clue. I have attached the minidump. Could someone please point me to the right solution?

That dump's crashed at w70n51.sys, which is an Intel PRO/Wireless adapter driver. Check the laptop maker's site for an update.
