rdgUS2404(1).exe - Lost a lot of files...Please help quickly!!

Please help as soon as possible. I got a couple of trojans from a cracks site. I tried almost every spyware program and cleaned a couple of them. Its better, but in the process, somehow a couple of my folders on my desktop disappeared. I do have a lot of very important stuff on the pc, which I may lose. The message that pops up recently from my McAffee is ' rdgUS2404(1).exe ' Please help me get rid of this devil which could ruinmy profession.
