Realtek audio console does not work or realtek hd audio manager missing. when I open realtek audio console it says that " realtek audio console dos't support for this machine" and I can't use headphone in front panal.

Usually caused by Microsoft doing a nasty in an update. Hard to say if driver or not - usually is the case. If I have a Realtek device, I often get it working by uninstalling it and restarting the system. If that doesn't work, then I would search using terms like 'Realtek' plus name of your motherboard maker (Asus, Gigabyte, etc) plus the error message. Just bashing at it until it works again.
