Reboots - even with auto reboot unchecked

  1. I am having an issue in the last week or so with my computer going into a random reboot. I've reformated my hard drive and reinstalled my operating system. No luck. I've tried cleaning the dust from around fans and such. No luck. I made sure the memory was in firmly. I even unchecked the automatic restart in the advanced system tab, but it will re-boot anyway.

    Any ideas?

Check the directory C:\Windows\Minidump for .dmp files and attach the most recent to your next post.

    Test your RAM with Memtest86.

Despite the fact that you've cleaned your internal components, monitor your PC's temperatures.

I checked for *.dmp files but there was none retreived in my search. I also looked at the event log of "Manage tab of my computer. No errors there.
