recommend me a budget pci express card for my mobo

im currently using the on board geforce 6100 IGP

i have around $70 for an upgrade. recommend me the best pci express card according to my budget.

my PSU is 450watt which came with my casing (not sure about the name) do i need a PSU upgrade ?

system specs :

athlon64 3500+ Venice at 2.4Ghz
2x512mb Kingston ddr400 dual channel
Samsung dual layer dvd writer (does it have an impact on power ?)

And $70 wont get you a very good videocard.... you need atleast $150-200 to get like a 6800 or something

i play nfs carbon, gta san andreas etc (mostly at 800x600)

not a hardcore fan. can i play latest games with high settings at 800x600 using something like Geforce 7300 ?

that's a kewl power supply. unfortunately its not available here

Do you live in the USA? Can you order from Newegg.com?

If so, the Geforce 7600GS would be better. Also, you'd need to change your PSU. PSU's that come with cases are crap.
THIS PSU would be great. 400W, dual +12V rails, solid, stable power. Highly recommended brand, and cheap
