Red lines and dots on screen

[FONT=verdana]Hello guys recently while I m playing games it appears red lines and dots on my screen and sometimes it says ati display driver stopped working and sometimes it gives me blue screen with this code:[/FONT]

Have you tried uninstalling the drivers then reinstalling them? If this dose not work. I would rather venture. Your card is going bad.. Or your chord for your monitor.

I am leaning toward the GPU. Can you try removing the Gpu and running the on board video If possible. If all runs well on the on board video. It could be your GPU.
