Replacing HDD with a different model #

I have a DELL Latitude D620 laptop. I need to replace the HDD in it and I found another HDD with a slightly different model #. The model # in my laptop is Hitachi HTS722080K9A300. The one I want to replace it with is Hitachi HTS7210809SA00. Bothe are SATA, 7200 RPM. Will this work for me?

Just about any can be used, as long as it's the correct physical size
