People didn't vote *FOR* Trump, they voted against the democratic party being hijacked by the far left. Harris should have won in a landslide, but the pandering to the mentally ill to get votes handed Trump the election on a silver platter. Until the democrats accept that and make changes they will continue to lose elections and hand candidates like Trump the keys to the Whitehouse.
The problem isn't that they're trying to cut government spending. The problem is that it's a bunch of clowns and young kids who know next to nothing about how government actually operates. They're not using a scalpel to cut the fat precisely, they're hacking away at it with a machete.
I love posts like this. An obviously hardened, far-right Trump supporter trying to be clever sounding by pointing out WHY the other side lost the election. You're so smart. And it's always followed with a line telling you they're "middle-ground" as if that was still a thing. There's no middle-ground in American politics and probably never will be again. Not as long as "news" outlets like the Fox Propaganda Network still exist.

Just an interesting fact, when Trump won in 2016 he won with less votes than Hillary and both the losing candidates in the last two elections before it.

Ironically, nobody has ever called Zelensky a dictator before Donald Trump publicly said it in 2025. I didn't know Trump was the only president to deligate power to people to carryout his will.
He's not, but he is the only president to allow a car salesman to gut car safety regulatory agencies that have filed complaints and lawsuits against his car company. That's literally all DOGE is about, cutting the red tape blocking Tesla from putting cars that have not passed safety tests on the road. If you think Musk cares about government efficiency then you cannot see the forest through the trees.
