Restarting Windows server 2008 problem

Hi everyone,
I am new here and I am having a problem with one of my windows 2008 servers. When I try to shutdown/restart the server. It is stuck at the shudown/restart screen and after about 10-15 minutes, it would eventually shutdown/restart. When the server has started, I have an error message that says that the computer has been incorrectly shutdown.
I am uploading a minidump file and hope that someone can help me.
