Runtime Error with Geovision.exe

Hi

I have this advise without aparently motive. How I can solve this problem?


"Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library"

"Runtime Error"

"Program:C:\GV600\GV600.exe"

"This application has requiested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information."

which version of geovision is it? I reaqd about version 8.x brings this kind of error alot to other users as well

Gv-600

It's a GV-600 with software 7.0

upgrade the software. I believe they are up to version 8.3 check this site

I can't, each DVR Card come with his own Drivers and softwares and other version does not work, I proof if I can upgrade the software and drivers many times and the Card does not work.

Call geovision? do they have any kind of tech support? Maybe they can guide you on the name of the runtime file that is giving you a problem.
