Safely Delete ALL Temporary Internet Files??? Help....

  1. Can anyone tell ma if its safe to delete ALL the Temp Internet Files in the Folder??
    Including all of the "Cookie" files???
    Is it a good idea to wipe out all these files periodically?
    I noticed even after running Clean Sweep a bunch of files are still eoth the Temp Folder..

    Thnkas for any help....

    Just right click on Internet explorer and select properties. Click the delete cookies button and then click on the delete files button make sure you check the box that says delete all offline content. You can also click on the clear history button if you wish.

    This is perfectly safe and desirable to rid your system of loads of temp files etc.
