Screen recorder for ipod touch 5th gen

I have been wanting to start up a clash of clans youtube series but I am in possession of a screen recorder for my Ipod Other than using wiring my ipod to my tv and recording that way, I was wondering if anyone knew of an app I could download either via app store or other source. I do not want to jailbreak my device.

One person states, "If you have iOS 7 AirPlay is available for use, If you have a Mac computer you can download Air Squirrels' AirPlay recorder. Which enables you to AirPlay to your computer which allows you to record and extract video files."
^this could be an option.
