My laptop is running very slow. The Intel Processor identification utility reports the following:
expected speed 1.83ghz, both cores are reported at 0.09ghz, the system bus is expected at 667mhz, both cores are reporting 65 mhz. The task manager is only reporting on one core. How can I fix this or is it time for a burial ceremony?
