I own the above MP3 player and recently it has been giving me hell! I left it to charge over night and the next day when I went to use it, it switched itself off after the 'enjoy life enjoy music' screen. I then attempted to connect it to my laptop but I now get 'USB device not recognised'. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Connect player, downloaded all the info off the Support Centre and checked the drives (the device doesnt appear under Disk Management) and nothing seems to work. Now even when I plug it in to charge the red light on the adapter doesnt come on!
Anyone got any suggestions before its driven over? Cheers!
