My laptop a vaio VGN NW11S will not start, after hitting the power switch the screen lights but stays black and does not display any flash or boot screens.
I have taken the battery off and tried a couple of resets with no joy, after trying a boot cd and getting the same result I have had to resort to asking for some advice...
The laptop itself has its own web system that you can use without starting the computer up (which is what i'm using now) which indicates the screen itself/hardware seems to be in working order.
any suggestions?
