Sound Blaster Live! 24-bit

Hello! My computer has no sound... I checked the Device Manager and under Sound, Video and Game Controllers it show the SB Live! 24-bit with a yellow exclamation mark. Can anyone tell me what should I do with it?

A yellow Triangle with a exclamation point? Then that should mean that it has no drivers installed. Go to creative.com, and under support click downloads, and then you should be able to enter your devices name and get drivers for it.

Should I uninstall first the device?

No. Just download and install the newest drivers. Creative has an auto update feature if you use Internet Explorer 6 or 7.
