Sound card problem

My daughter is trying to do some homework on a website the school gives, when she clicks on the lesson it comes up that she needs a sound card to work. However, her speakers work fine, she can talk on her web cam, I can listen to news videos, etc. I went under mycomputer/audioand sound/ and it says no audio device?????

Even though you have sound

But device manager does not show it

I'd download your sound drivers again and reload them

If you want us to point to the link for the exact sound driver
