Would a x-fi titanium sound card fit in either of these sockets?

Best to give us brand and model of computer or motherboard. One of those is an AGP video graphics slot.

the motherboard is an ARS690-M1 Series A6VMX

in the manual it states it has 1 x PCI Express x1 slot
is that the right one for my chosen sound card???

The first one is definitely a PCI Express x1

The second one is regular PCI

If this is your sound card then it will fit in the PCI Express x1 (The first pic)
