Sound Card

My sound card went bad and needs to be replaced. requirements: pci motherboard ; 2 channel
Does anyone have a recommendation for me?

Do you have sound on motherboard? What do you use sound for?

Sure it is sound card? Might be Windows update.

I do not have sound on the motherboard. I use the sound to download music for the church and then burn that music to CDs for use by the youth director. I don't think it's a Windows update because there was an update not long ago and I have had sound after that.

Some nice cheaper cards are no longer compatible with Windows 10, please describe your system.
