the speaker wire that came with my case is too short, is there any other way that i can input a speaker thing into my mobo so i can hear the beeps.

I take it you mean the onboard speaker, fitted in most Mobo's, If the wire is to short you can always lengthen it with a small piece of 2 core cable, if you can't do it, ask a friend or take it to a PC shop, talking of which they might have one from a scrap machine that has a longer lead, my local PC shop has a multitude of scrap parts that he gets rid of for pennies.
