Hi everyone, I am new to this forum but wanted to try my luck here.....
I am using an IBM Laptop T42 with Intel Centrino technology (Intel 1,7G Pentium CPU and the chipset (according to Speedfan) is 82801DB 1CH4). I also have this issue of over-enthousiastic cooling fans and was hoping that the Speedfan 4.32 program would solve the issue. However, when I install an open the program, I am getting a blank screen and no readings at all in the main window. I rolled back to previous versions of the program and they all had the same problem.
Has anyone had the same issue with Speedfan?
And does anyone know of another program/way to solve this issue?
