Spike in yahoo spam?

Is it just me, or is yahoo email getting a huge jump in the volume of spam? I have a paid account and my mailbox has been getting a lot of aggresive amount of spam lately.

Tedster i have been having the same problem.

Everytime i go into my account, there is a enormous amount of spam emails.

It is really bugging me lol.

It is also the same with my windows live email.

I've noticed many are bot-net spams....

today I received 5 phising emails for a bank I do not even do business with. All were cloned emails from different senders.

I use Yahoo mail(free) and don`t really have a spam problem. maybe I get two or three a day and that`s on a bad day, but that`s it. I don`t even have the spam guard on.

I`ve had the same email address for four years.
