Spybot folder won't delete

Hi,
I uninstalled Spybot- Search & Destroy but found it's folder in the Program files.
Why won't it let me delete it? [photo attached]

Can someone tell me how to get rid of it?

Try to remove it in safe mode....

Did you reboot?

Sometimes a dll will load on startup and can't be deleted right after an uninstall. If you reboot, the dll doesn't load bec. you have uninstalled the app and it's no longer loaded at startup. You should be able to delete after rebooting.
