Spyware Help Please

I have been having trouble with spyware and popups lately. I have since switched to Firefox and it got a little bit better but I am still getting occasional popups and when I run Hijack This I see the same things over and over. I have pasted the information from the log file. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Firstly do an online scan at Trend.
Then read How to remove Begin2Search / CoolWebSearch and other Nasties.
and How to post your Hijackthis log-file as an ATTACHMENT

You will then be in a position to post your log correctly.

Correct Format

Here is the correct format for the log file. The first idea seemed to detect a lot of the problems but I'm not sure if they were corrected or not.

Free virus checker

There are several free virus checkers available. Take a look at www.grisoft.com
You might want a spyware blocker too - look at lavasoft for ad-aware.
