Spyware pop-unders

Hey guys, I thought I had everything fixed, but I started getting these pop ups all the time, I thought I had done away with them, but I keep hearing the sounds of people's voices, but not always seeing the popup.

This is one of the main sites the pop ups show. I ran the 8 steps and will attach my logs, any help is greatly appreciated, thanks!

Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware 1.30

Malwarebytes Too old.
Please update and rescan

Uninstall Norton (that has not helped protect you, as normal for this Antivirus)
Run the Norton Removal tool

Run Startup Control Panel and remove any not required startups: (should be most!)

Un-install: Viewpoint (Removal Tool: http://prm753.bchea.org/viewpointkiller.zip)

Install Avira free AntiVirus

Start up Malwarebytes again; Update it; then run a full scan (remove all found Malwares)
You need to run this multiple times, until all hidden Malwares are uncovered and removed
