PLEASE HELP :(

I'm not an awesome nerd... i don't know how to check that... i might know actually... let me checkk lol

The system is

Microsoft Windows XP
Home Edition
Version 2002
Server Pack 3? if that helps at all...

then it says "Computer"

Intel(R)
Pentium(R) 4 CPU 2.66GHz
2.66GHz, 384 MB of RAM

thats all i know i don't know how to check the video card or graphics or anything

Hi Mikiah  .

I've seen issues over the years similar to this and most of the time it's a driver problem that an update would fix. To check what graphics card you have go to Start > Run > Type dxdiag > then click the 'Display' tab and see what it says.

Jedi Academy is a pretty old game and even though your PC is old too those specs seem alright. I'm thinking you likely have an on-board card though which might be the reason for this error. Just let us know what it is and we can see if it needs updating or is simply not enough to run the game as it does require 32 MB of dedicated video RAM.

Okay well heres what i got from Display

does that help? and i don't know how to update my drivers or anything like that... if you could help me out with that then that would be very much appreciated :)

Yup, i'd listen to Relic.
seems like you got an onboard card, and while JK:JA is an old game, you still need an external Graphics Card to run it.

Searching around again you are definitely not the only one with this issue. I've sadly not been able to find any real solution and the issue appears to be a driver one with OpenGL & the game :(.
