Still getting some DNS redirects off google search links after windows restore point

I had a spyware infection, and was able to rollback and restore using the windows restore point to 2-days ago.

Everything went fine, but I am now today getting some DNS redirects when I click some google search links.

I ran Malwarebytes, found 1-instance of rogue antispyware
Ran Trend Micro Housecall online scanner found nothing
Ran crap cleaner
Updated all MS updates
Malwarebytes found nothing on 2nd scan

1. Please explain what you mean by this: DNS redirects
2. What was the spyware infection you had?
3. Did you try to do any cleaning or just do a System Restore? (which would not have been recommended.)
