Hi, im going to be setting up a RAID 0 with two 120 GB Western Digital SATA hard drives with an Asus P4C800-E Deluxe mainboard. Here's what i plan on doing with my PC: play games mainly, browse the web, listen to mp3s, work with some programs (Paint Shop Pro, Word, a few others), and that basically sums it up. Im going to be using a Dual boot between Win98se and WinXP pro, I will be using WinXP pro a lot more though.

I've been doing research as to what stripe size i should use. Some say that 64k seems good for the average user while a lot of other places say 128k is better. Which one would you prefer for my situation?

I'm into performance, and i like to learn, so this could be interesting to implement and use. All the data that i create will be backed up to other LAN computer's HDs around me, i do this anyway even with just one hard drive. So i would give a rats A$$ if a drive fails:)

I guess i will use 64 KB stripe size unless someone suggests otherwise.
