Stuttering video playback

After upgrading to windows 7, I have noticed that if I try to watch 2 videos, on-line, side by side, the window I am not focused on, as in not clicked on, stutters. Then if I click on it, the other one stutters. I have looked into it and found that a new registry entry that limits video playback, so you don't have any stutters. I have tried disabling that, and no change.

Anyone know??

It's a beta version of windows, there will be glitches =/ try turning your video/graphic acceleration all the way up/down (the reverse of w/e you have) lol xD
