Svchost.exe - Application Error

hi guys, i'm new to this forum and i'm having this problem whith my laptop. suddenly out of nowhere i got this error! any suggestions please? i am using XP and open apps in the time of error was ADOBE and OPERA and also i am using Right mark cpu clock utility to underVolt.any help would be highly appreciated.

please report the data recorded by the Event Viewer
run->eventvwr.msc
you will find Application, Security and System
Ignore Security

First look under Application and you're looking for a red(X)
Start at the top (these are the latest entries) and scroll down to find one.
If the Date+Time doesn't match when you saw the symptom, then move to System

When you find one, dbl-click to get the details; the Description should contain what you reported here.

Once you locate one you think is related, click the third icon on the right to load the
info into the Clickbook

Now immediately come back here, follow-up and Paste the info for review

thank you very much for your kindness, i checked the eventvwr.msc but its a mess. i have some events from year 2070! and none of other recent events are any closer to the actual error date.

i will try to clear eventvwr.msc if its possible so that next time i will be more prepared.
