Hey I often have the program svchost.exe using up 100% CPU and it makes my computer really laggy.

please update your hijack this programme. to new version from HERE
once you have done that you then change hijack this.exe to analyse exe, or something similar.after this place hijack this in programme files within its own folder.
iit is necassary to follow this instruction, as there are a couple of bugs that hide from its original name.
