System battery voltage is low

sorry if this isnt the write section to post.
When my computer starts up it says that the system battery voltage is low, press f1 to continue or f2 to run setup, I have a dell desktop pc whic isnt that old. Do i need to replace the battery, and how would i do this? many thanks

There is a silver "button" battery on the motherboard. Take a small flat-blade screwdriver and gently pry the battery out of it's socket... Take the battery to a Wal-Mart and see if they have the battery in the watch sales area. The battery may be a CR2032
