Even though I still prefer and mainly use Windows 7, I do like the Windows 10 game dvr and xbox one integration. Tonight I'm getting Forza Horizon 3 and can't wait to play it on my PC

Its almost negligible with a semi-decent router. Not great for competitive fps but I literally could not even notice the delay in RPGs and the like.

It is not clear if the PC is recording or the Xbox is recording. Surely a better solution would be for the PC to do the recording since the Xbone is processing.

Maybe I'm an anomaly, but I have PC and Xbox both hard wired to Google Fiber getting 900 Mbps+ and the input lag is noticeable.

it has literally nothing to do with your ISP and everything to do with your router itself
