My worry about the medical "enhancements" is the security.... If you have a bunch of nanobots in your bloodstream regulating your blood pressure, improving your sight, etc... and someone hacks into them.... you are SCREWED...

I can see a whole new cybercrime division devoted to stopping people from hacking into other people's bodies...
