My question is why this is not worrying ultra rich a lot. Do they really think they are going to escape being taxed many times more than right now if even 30% of current workforce cannot find a job.
Do something, you fools. Create jobs, save your money.

One thing I keep relearning over and over again is that money is no indicator of intelligence. The rich are just as stupid as the poor and in some ways, way more ignorant because their mistakes are covered up by money.

One difference between the ultra rich today and the ultra rich of the past is that the current crop thinks they will live forever. Legacy is passe, it is only prudent to get your bags now and screw the future, it will be a burning hellscape anyway.

Half as fast as a human, but working 100% of the time with zero lip or vacation or sick time or anything like that. It's a steal, no wonder companies are buying them up in droves.

No office romances; no cooking full meals in the microwave for 30 minutes, while others wait; no strikes; no full parking lots; no constantly demanding higher wages. Robots will not likely embezzle company funds, unless the future is Futurama.

But, there will be trade-offs.
