Toshiba Laptop - Freezes unless in Safe Mode

Absolutely agree with Wollein, weird but true I'm having the same problems but if I boot up and play a track on repeat in Windows Media Player my computer does not freeze.

However as soon as the track is stopped my computer freezes.

Does anyone know how to resolve this? Please.
