TS 3.0 redesign bug reports

Is there a way to trigger a refresh of the draft during the event of pressing "Delete" key?

There have been a few times, I would delete text, leave the thread, and then go back days later to be greeted with the same text I thought I had deleted.
@cliffordcooley , once you click on delete draft, you might need to backspace to delete the words, if that is what you mean. That is what I had to do.

@cliffordcooley there's also a save draft option, perhaps that will overwrite it if for some reason older text doesn't update. I have to guess it's hardly exact science leveraging the browser's cache for this, but it's a cool feature to have nonetheless.

No what I mean is the draft is edited as you type, but yet using the delete key does nothing to update the draft. If typing text is going to save to draft, so should removing it.
@cliffordcooley but it's a cool feature to have nonetheless.
Yes it is, it has saved me a few times. After a browser/OS crash and loading the page back, text would still be in the editor.

@Julio Franco
I'm using Lumia 1520, running WP8.1 Prev/IE11. Apart from the notification issue, everything seems to work just fine on TS mobile page on it.

We've uploaded a number of fixes this morning, including (hopefully) a fix for the login/notifications drop down in Windows Phone devices. @Archean can you please confirm?

Also we've come with a workaround so users using adblock  (n) still see the site properly.

Guilty as charged!

If you could promise me there wouldn't be any expanding/enlarged ads to cover half my monitor, I might would make an exception for TS. Sadly I just recently read where someone else mentioned this very same annoyance.

Example:
  1. https://www.techspot.com/community/topics/annoying-ad.197922/
  2. https://www.techspot.com/community/topics/annoying-ad.202685/
I think I even complained about them myself in the past. That's back when I was stubborn about not using anything other than IE without add-ons. Since complaining doesn't do any good, using Adblock Plus is my solution.

I think it appears to be working now since I was able to select notifications panel with single screen touch (instead trying again and again as previously was the case). Pretty neat implementation and good work.

Thank you :)

On a side note regarding adds, I would suggest you guys to consider add implementation of Weave (on Windows Phone). Adds are allowed to go away with single tap on the screen for whole of the session, probably this arrangement may not satisfy everyone, but worth a consideration I guess.

Just fyi: Google Chrome has an extension (User-Agent Switcher) that's very useful in testing site presentations for various browser AND instantly reloads the page when a change is made. I find the IOS->{iPad vs iPhone} to be instructive in how much (or little) is presented between Tablets and Phones.

When either updating information on your profile or saving an edited version of a post, the drop down that lets you know your work was saved does not appear as it used it. Kind of like gets stuck

I'm having an issue with being "lured" into double posting. I click the, "post reply" button, but the page doesn't show the progress bars to indicate it's loading. If you're patient enough to wait more than 12 seconds, (I think), you get instant double post. (before 12 seconds the site stops you).

As always, I don't know for sure whether this is my incompetence, impatience, or my browser is trolling me.

Although, I don't think it would be a terrible idea to allow a member to completely remove his or her own post, should the need arise. I've seen this implemented with Vbulletin software. It comes in pretty handy from time to time.

Also seeing some delays like Captaincranky, the post button becomes " ... " and it takes ages.

We were forced to reboot the server today, perhaps something was off on the software side and we didn't notice. Please do let me know if slowdowns continue after you read this.

FYI, since today we are actively looking to move to a new hosting solution that can offer a boost in performance and redundancy.

Hey Julio this is a bit ridiculous on my end, but this spacing error on the "Edit Profile" is really annoying me! Check what I mean here: http://goo.gl/BjDBK1. It is a small detail but it is bothering me :(.

I guess that is why you guys removed the logo on the front page promoting your current hosting company xD.

This has been fixed. Thanks for the reminder! (y)

When I mouse over the Trending, Reviews etc, etc, bar, there is an annoying drop down sometimes covering 1/4th to 1/2 the page. Is that normal?

That's the side effect of excessively implementing graphical content into a drop down menu. IMO, a very bad choice.

We are updating our styles constantly, that left border was certainly unintended. Thank you for bringing it up to my attention.

No problem. Is the text editor supposed to be this wide or in line with the posts (I think this is a new style bug)? Or is it intended? See below:
