TV Tuner software?

  1. Hi,

I have an ATI TV Wonder 650, and I was looking for an alternative to Catalyst media centre. I've tried ChrisTV, but the freeware seems to have a virus in it. Dscaler doesn't seem to be too stable either. Anyone know of other good software to watch TV on? I don't really care about recording functionality.

    Happy Hunting.....

The best software for OTA TV is Windows Media Center. Even Hauppage's proprietary software is so bad, they supply a driver for Media Center, without any tuning ability of it's own.
Here's a Google search result for TV software, You can check out Myth, Sage, and Beyond TV.
I think the latest Nero has TV capability, but I'm not sure, and it costs much money.

I own BeyondTV and liked it very much when I used to use it. Haven't cranked it up in quite some time though.
