Unable to install firmware 4.81 on my new hard drive

Hello fellow's, I tried installing firmware 4.81 on my ps3 new hard drive but it's keep showing error at 90%..pls I need help on how to fix it...

I have downloaded the file 4.81 and followed the procedure but still the error keeps recurring 90%..,saying a serious error has occurred. Contact technical support for assistance (8002F281)

If that is not sufficient then it seems that you need to contact technical support at playstation and provide them with the number for the error alert - 8002F281
