Hello and welcome to Techspot.
I have moved your post to it`s own thread. This will save any confusion.
Very Important: Before deciding whether you should clean or reformat your system, go and read this thread HERE and decide what it is you want to do.
If after reading the above, you wish to clean your system, do the following.
Go and read the Viruses/Spyware/Malware, preliminary removal instructions. Follow all the instructions exactly.
Post fresh HJT, AVG Antispyware and Combofix logs as attachments into this thread, only after doing the above.
Also, let me know the results of the AVG Antirootkit scan.

thanks Howard,It's been removed by Zone Alarm security suite already. I just wanted to know what this Trojan about? Is it severaly harmful & What does it do to your system.

Protected Storage PassView 1.50 is one of Password Cracker spywares.
Finding it on your computer means that your computer is infected with Password Cracker and crucial data could be endangered or even lost.
This Password Cracker is also known as:
•TrojanDropper.Win32.PVStealth.b - named by Kaspersky.
As you can see from the above, this is a very dangerous infection.
I strongly urge you to follow the instructions in the links I gave you.
