Upgrading GeForce 2 MMX 32 megs, need help plz

Hey guys,
I currently have a Dell Dimension 8100 specs are:
250 watt power supply
P4 1.5 ghz 256 kb cache
Dell custom mobo of the Intel i850
Nvidia GeForce 2 MMX 32 megs
512 MB Ram (RD-RAM, PC-800)

I want to upgrade my graphics card and I'm not sure if my power supply can handle it. Right now my choices are:
GeForce 4 Ti-4600
9600 pro or XT

Feel free to give me advice, or other recommended graphics card.

I am running (as you can see) a 9600xt and I have no voltage issues with my power supply. I am about to upgrade it to a 400+ watt with a new video card. But ya, a 250 watt will power it as long as you don't have like 4 hard drives a 3 CD/DVD ROMs

Oh, and go with the 9600xt, it supports Direct x 9 and the Ti only supports direct x 8. they are both great cards but I like the 9600xt more.
