USB & 1394 Wiring Matchup Question, Front Panel to Board

Building new computer, ASUS P4C800-E Deluxe board

For the board 1394 connector, I was
able to match them up, but there are
2 less wires from the front panel port
than there are pins on the board

The board has two +12V pins, the panel has one
The board has three GND, the panel has two

Any problem?

For the USB in the front panel - don't know
if the panel is USB2 or not for sure, I do
know the board is -

Board has:

USB+5V
USB+6V
USB_P5-
USB_P6-
USB_P5+
USB_P6+
GND
GND

Frt panel has:

(1)+D
(2)+D
(1)-D
(2)-D
(1)+VCC
(2)+VCC
GND
GND

The numbers in (), above, actually are
numbers shown inside an O on the schematic

Except for the GNDs, I'm pretty much stumped there.

I think that's the last mystery I have to solve
to get my board all hooked up.

I do see the symmetry and logic to it.
