Using xp pro as server

Hello,

Is there someway to check all users that are connected to xp pro. Also i'd like to see what file shares they are opened. In NT4.o there was server button in control panel.

In Administrative Tools (via Control Panel if not installed to Start Menu), Computer Management -> Shared Folders.
