VGA Mode-Disabled

Hello, yesterday i noticed that my computer screen looked bad so i installed a new card via internet... I went to properties, settings and i clicked a section that said turn VGA mode OFF thinking the other one would work i clicked it... now my computer turns on to the windows 2000 section and then a blue screen for 2 seconds and turns off my computer is an HP Windows 2000 i dont know what to do i would appreciate it if someone would help me.

That is an impossible question to answer with so little information.
We need to know exactly what your PC is, and it's full specs.
We need to know exactly what you've done.
And we need to know if you have added any new hardware.

its a 2000 Windows... i added no hardware just small stuff like everest winzip and a .zip file which is for the screen my computer is an HP i connected another desktop and found out it wasnt the screen... the computer screen model is HP PAVILION MX50 and the desktop is an HP PAVILION xt926

oh 1 more thing if i install windows xp (I HAVE ONE DISC) would it come back to normal?
