Virus - kaspersky wont work! please help

Hi all, i have got some sort of virus, it wont remove by kaspersky, it wont let me register it or update, also it will not let me go on lots of websites! I used hijack, after reading some threads on here, this is what it said:

I was able to Google removal instructions rather quickly, give it a shot. However,click with care, so that you don't compound your problems
