How to get RID of Critical System Error icon???

hi
im having the problem of that system error icon flashing on the bottom of my tray but cant get rid of it. I ve read alot of forums and all are different and dont know which one to do as all have listed there hijackthis result could you please give me step by step ways to get rid of it. please email you help to removed

I have moved your post in your other thread to a new thread. This is to avoid the unpleasantness in your original thread.

Go and read the Viruses/Spyware/Malware, preliminary removal instructions. Follow all the instructions exactly.


Post fresh HJT and AVG Antispyware logs as attachments into this thread, only after doing the above.
