Viruses on computer

i have no clue what is up with my parents computer but they have somethign going on I think.
They downloaded and paid for live one care and its nwo saying things are in good condition but my mom was told that this could have put more viruses on her ocmputer and to use macafee, but she jsut paid for htis live one care to get ird of her problems. Any ideas?

also there is a folder that installed it self basically that says wishlist with arrows pointing down with some bad pictures installed onto the desktop.

Good job on the logs
Run another one and post the logs showing a clean scan as viruses can conceal other viruses

AND IMPORTANT

Tell us anything wrong with your computer.
try and delete the wishlist and change your desktop after the scans

the computer was having a lot of pop ups, like porn type ones and there are small kids in the house and so we were worried about it. dont know why the pop ups started but i think we got rid of hte problem it started with a bad virus the one that tricks the system trying ot make you thinking its infecting putting the fake viruses on to make it look like.
anyway right now everythign seems to be running perfectly! I haven tnoticed anything in the last couple of days.
