vista crashes randomly and this is one of the errors that we got. i did a memtest and it came up fine. any info would be helpful, thankyou

got a new error, any ideas, or help on fixing paged pool memory

How long did your run Memtest? What is your security software?

Do the standard diagnostic steps:

1. If you ran Memtest for less than the minimum 7 Passes rerun it for the minimum (more woulf be better).

2. Run security scans.

3. Run a harddrive diagnostics. You can get a free utility from your HD manufacturer.

ok ill run it for the minimum at least, ive got AVG antivirus, super anti spyware software, never had any problems with them before on 4 or 5 computers now. the memtest lasted like an hour or so and it came up fine but only ran it once.
