Wanting to Upgrade my Processor, help deciding what to get

Hey everyone, this is my first post on here

so far heres what ive got:

Laptop - "Acer Aspire 5920G"
Processor - Intel® Core™2 Duo processor T5750 (2.0GHz, 667MHz FSB, 2MB L2 cache)

the Chipset is "Intel PM965"

Just wondering If i can upgrade it to the "Intel® Core™2 Duo Mobile ProcessorT9500" (2.6G/6M/800FSB)

Also wondering if anyone can tell me if the upgrade will be noticablely faster / Worth doing?

While desktops are more straightforward, laptops are a lot trickier.
I may be wrong, but it would be most difficult.

Not to mention the t9500 costs 369$ on newegg:

In my opinion, it is not worth it for that price.

The difficulty really depends on the laptop, but it will almost always be more difficult than a desktop would.
