Warning! Spyware has been detected

I have a problem similar to others posted here. I'm hoping you can help me like you have the others. I am receving "Warning! Spyware has been detected" in a yellow box on my desktop. I cannot access display options. And my system keeps restarting after BSOD.

Attached (hopefully) is my error log from hijackthis.com.

What Spyware detectors are you using?
Too often, those messages are actually presented by Spyware, or marketers hoping to fool you into buying their worthless product which may install still more spyware.
If the message is not being presented by a Welcome spyware you have intentionally installed, intentionally install something like Adware, and Malwarebytes, or a great paid program such as Webroot Spyware sweaper or PCTools Spyware Doctor. Install, also, Microsoft's Windows Defender, and occasionally run a scan from Panda, Computer Associates EZArmor, or even Symantec or McAfee.
